4. 10% discounts are offered on any order taken on the first Tuesday of the month
· Pick-ups during office hours can be made with cash, check or credit card. All after hour pickups, mailed products or internet orders must be made paid with a credit card.
· Credit card information can be kept on file for ease of re-ordering (recommended)
· The clinic receptionist, returns all phone calls and will confirm your order if you leave it by phone.

Most out-of-stock or specialty products can be re-stocked within 1 week.
