Diet and nutritional counseling is most effective when the patient has enough time with the heath care practitioner to fully understand their individual program, ask questions, and discuss educational materials. Our goal is for each patient to have a solid understanding of their personalized nutrition program and how to fit it into their lifestyle.
Each appointment includes:
1. Extensive review of your medical condition and lifestyle
2. Insurance coverage verification
3. Laboratory review and additional labs ordered (if necessary)
4. Medication and supplement review
5. Individualized Medical Nutritional Therapy with educational materials
