INFUSION THERAPIES (IV)
Intravenous infusion of certain vitamins, minerals and nutritional supplements can help with the treatment of many diseases. Using vitamins and minerals via IV is often better tolerated than the same nutrients taken orally. For example: vitamin C can cause loose stools in people at doses of 5 g per day orally, but by taking vitamin C intravenously you can by-pass any gastro-intestinal side effect and take quantities up to 70 grams at a time. Likewise certain therapies are best done intravenously and do not have the same therapeutic effect if provided orally. IV’s are administered in the relaxing atmosphere of our IV room with comfortable leather reclining chairs.
Conditions that could benefit from infusion therapy include:
Macular degeneration, heart disease, , angina, heavy metal toxicity, IBS, Crohn’s disease, arteriosclerosis, HIV, mononucleosis, Lyme Disease, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, asthma, seasonal allergies, sinusitis, acute infections,
and many others.
IV Therapies that are frequently offered at NHNHC:
High Dose IV Vitamin C, Myer’s Cocktail, UBI, Chelation or Mistletoe Infusions
